The AEDI: Asymmetric Established Disadvantages

Many legacy companies that claim to be customer centric are largely benefiting from very unfair asymmetries that represent a major disadvantage for their customers, clients, stakeholders, partners.  It is what we call the Asymmetric Established Disadvantages; they are massively unfair but they were historically accepted throughout an industry and now we take all take them for granted. Everyone except the disruptors..
